“Full time on site freelance position”
I am getting a wee bit tired of running into all these location based so-called “freelance” positions. Have these people never ran into the IRS 20- question checklist?
Is this just a way to not pay benefits? How is this freelance? And how are they getting away with it?
My accountant-hubby has gone off to bed, so if you can offer any clarification, please let me know!

I’m more or less aware of the IRS rules… but I’ve never had any luck convincing an employer… I haven’t tried often, so maybe I gave up too soon. Now I simply don’t even try for those jobs because I want to work at home.
