Words Matter Week=Free Teleseminars for Me and You
The National Association of Independent Writers and Editors is hosting Words Matter Week this week (March 2). A big draw (for me at least) is the free teleseminars, which you can save onto your iPod as MP3s, or listen live. There are some great topics for all writers: freelancers, novelists, editors, etc.
In addition, the NAIWE is challenging participants to donate to a children’s reading charity. I’m up for that challenge and am heading there to donate now. How about you? Did you know only $2.50 will give a new book to a child in need? Think of all the wonderful hours you spent reading as a child … look where it led you.
